For small government contractors

Find federal contracts you can bid on, and write the proposal from the solicitation

Each morning GrantParty goes through the open SAM.gov notices for your NAICS codes and checks each set-aside against your certifications. It reads the new notices closest to your work and tells you why each one fits.

See the contracts you can bid on this week

  • Every open SAM.gov notice for your codes, checked for fit
  • Set-aside eligibility read from the exact SAM.gov codes
  • Proposal drafts that start from the RFP and statement of work

One payment. It does not renew. The $100 counts toward your first month if you stay.

What it does

Every open notice for your NAICS codes

Reads SAM.gov's full daily file of contract opportunities each morning: solicitations, combined synopsis/solicitations, presolicitations and sources sought. It also searches notice titles for the phrases your company uses.

Set-asides checked exactly

Compares each notice's set-aside code with your size and certifications. Notices you cannot bid on are listed separately, with the reason.

A reason for every notice

Reads each notice and says whether you can bid as prime and whether it is your kind of work. Brand-name buys, sole-source awards and existing contract vehicles are called out.

State and county bid pages

Add the pages where your state and county agencies post bids. GrantParty reads each one every morning, adds new postings to your list, and checks each against your company profile.

Proposals from the solicitation itself

Starting a proposal attaches the notice's own RFP, statement of work or performance work statement, and the writer drafts from those documents and your past performance.

A real search, September 30, 2026

A search for a small software company with four NAICS codes found 99 open notices, checked the 40 closest in about a minute, and kept the one it could bid on. The rest were listed with the reason, such as a women-owned set-aside the company does not hold, or a brand-name license it cannot resell.

Price

After the 30-day pilot, the Contractor plan is $199 a month for one company and up to 3 people. It covers federal search, portal watching and proposal drafting.

Questions people ask

Which SAM.gov notices does GrantParty search?

Solicitations, combined synopsis/solicitations, presolicitations and sources sought notices posted in the last 90 days that are still open. It reads SAM.gov's public daily file each morning, so a search does not wait on the SAM.gov request limit. Each morning it also reads up to 20 notices that are new to you and adds the ones that fit.

How are set-asides checked?

Against your size and the certifications in your profile, using SAM.gov's exact set-aside codes. A women-owned small business does not qualify for an economically disadvantaged women-owned set-aside, and a service-disabled veteran-owned business does qualify for the VA veteran set-asides. Notices you cannot bid on are listed separately, with the reason.

Does it cover state and local bids?

Yes, from the pages you add. Give GrantParty the address of a state or county bid page that SAM.gov does not include. It reads each page every morning, adds new postings to your list with your federal results, and checks each new posting against your company profile. A posting often says little, so many are marked as not clear until you read the bid itself.

How does the proposal writer work?

Start a proposal from a notice and GrantParty attaches the notice's own RFP, statement of work or performance work statement. It drafts from those documents and your company profile, and it marks any fact it needs from you instead of making one up.

How much does it cost?

A 30-day pilot is $100, one payment. After that, the Contractor plan is $199 a month for one company and up to 3 people.
